For hygiene purposes, cosmetic items may not be returned or exchanged once opened.

ONLY NON TAMPERED FAULTY PRODUCTS WILL BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED
BANKING DETAILS-To be found on the attached invoice.
1) Deliveries that are outside of 15km will carry an additional R130-00 on to the order that has been placed.
2) Any missing or damaged goods must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the parcel if the courier has been arranged by 27Red Skincare & Cosmetics . Any claim made outside of this time frame will not be entertained.
If your own courier has been arranged, responsibility lies with your arranged courier company for missing or damaged goods. Please also be advised that insurance on products is for your account.
3) Product that has been used already cannot be replaced for hygiene purposes. ONLY NON TAMPERED FAULTY PRODUCTS WILL BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
4) Orders may take between 1 and 7 days to arrive at the given destination due to certain outlying areas.(We use Aramex and their T&C’S NEED TO BE ADHERED TO.)
5) Should we arrange a courier company on your behalf, please note insurance on items is for your account as well as missing or damaged products .

1) Goods remain the property of 27 Red Skincare & Cosmetics until it has been paid for in full and P.O.P has been received.
2) Parcels will only be delivered or allowed to be collected once proof of payment has been sent through.
3) ALL INVOICES WILL REFLECT 15% VAT SEPERATELY.
4) PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION.
